The Film Lovers Cultural Association (FILCA) and the Kerala University college Union’s Film Club to conduct a Film festival in Thiruvananthapuram for college students.

FILCA is inviting Entries from the Filmmakers to compete in this Filmmaking Competition. Any genre of film is acceptable for the submission.

The best film will get cash award Rs.7,500 and the second best film, will get Rs.5,000.

How To apply? 

1. Send a request at drnairmkp@gmail.com for getting the application forms.

2. Now,  send your completely filled application form along with a DVD or CD of the film to “Secretary, FILCA, Sivam, Neeramankara, Pappanamcode, Thiruvananthapuram – 695018 ” before the deadline.
