TED Global Fellow 2017 | Filmmakers also can apply
TED is conducting ‘Fellows program’ twice a year for finding a new class of extraordinary thinkers and doers. Anyone aged over 18-years old is eligible to apply.
TED is looking for various applicants than many other leadership-oriented programs. Instead of Key professionals, business people, and government officials, the TED Fellows program focuses on filmmakers and photographers, musicians and artists.

A short film is any film not long enough to be considered a feature film.
