Asia Pacific Screen Awards and MPA and Screenwriters Association, India (SWA) present Launch Your Script – 2018. It is an outreach program for script development. Asia Pacific Screen Awards (APSA) and The Motion Picture Association (MPA) annually awards grants of US $25,000 each to APSA Academy members at the awards ceremony held in Brisbane, Australia. This program gives the candidates a golden opportunity to win a spot in Los Angeles’ LATC Global Film and Television Program.

17^th July is the date of submission for one page synopsis. The selected candidates will get an invitation to Mumbai’s SWA Script Development workshop which will be help on 4^th October, 2018. The entry fee is Rs 1,000 per entry. The participants are required to have SWA/ respective writer association membership. Submissions of adaptations need to be accompanied with the permissions of rights from its source material. The content has to be in English language and regional works have to be translated into English before the submission. Submissions are solely online. Candidates are required to mention their names along with their contact details on the mails submitting the entries and not on one pager entries.
