The vibrant London Asian Film Festival is inviting film entries for its 2017 festive secession.  The one condition required for the submitting film that, it must having a connection or link to South Asia. The festival accepts Feature Films, Short Films and Documentary.  The deadline is 18th November 2016.

The good thing is it is a no fee film festival.

Criteria:

• Feature Film(Films must be in English or with English subtitles. This year’s theme is Shared Histories and Stories as we celebrate 70 Years of India’s Independence and the Birth of Pakistan.
• Short Film Competition; Films in the genres including narratives, animations, music videos, documentaries are eligible for the submission. The duration of the film should be 10 minutes or less. Films must be in English or with English subtitles and it should be made by a South Asian based on Shared Histories and Stories as we celebrate 70 Years of India’s Independence and the Birth of Pakistan.
• DocumentaryThe submitting Films must be in English or with English subtitles.

Send screener of your film with synopsis of the submitting film, total running time and language of the film to the address Tongues on Fire, Westbury House, 23-25 Bridge Street, Pinner, HA5 3HR before 18th November 2016
