Film Writer Association Of India (FWA) is now organizing a 3-day-long Script writing workshop named as “Lekhak 2015”. The sole purpose of this workshop is :- to train and educate the participants on foundations of developing &writing teleplays and also give them an opportunity to work in the professional world of Television.

FWA stated that the workshop will effectively train the participant to write a teleplay through its 3 days of interactive section. By the end of the day, the workshop will conduct a writing competition where the first selected ten writers will get a chance to make a Pitch in front of leading Channels. So, Undoubtedly this is really also an exceptional chance to get into the world of professional teleplay writing.

FWA is announced that the main faculty member of this script writing workshop will be Shri. Vinod Ranganath; Vinod is a notable teleplay-screenplay writer; some of his works are including Kittie Party, Swabhimaan, Sukanya, Sarkarr, Itihaas, Kartavya, Mast and Ye Ajnabee. Apart Vinod (main faculty) the script writing workshop have had the presence of guest faculties from leading film schools such as FTII Pune & Whistling Woods, Mumbai; also the participant can expect the presence of proposed guest speakers like Shri. Jalees Sherwani (FWA President), Shri Kamlesh Pandey (FWA Secretary), Rajesh Dubey, Robin Bhat, Rajita Sharma & Zama Habib.
