The Kolkata People’s Film Festival is inviting you to watch Their Films for free.
Kolkata: If you are belonging from Kolkata, here is an incredible opportunity for you to watch some of the best internationally acclaimed films of Independent filmmakers of this year at the Kolkata People’s Film Festival. The festival was started 3 years ago. In this festival secession, the films that they’re going to screening are- Manjira Dutta’s Babulal Bhuiyan Ki Kurbani, Tarun Kumar Mishra’s The Referendum, KP Sasi’s Gaon Chhodab Nahi, Kavita Joshi’s My Body My Weapon, Haobam Paban Kumar’s AFSPA 1958 and Lalit Vachani’s Two Films Namely The Boy In The Branch and The Men In The Tree.
The Kolkata People’s Film Festival (KPFF) is a part of the Cinema of Resistance movement. KPFF is an annually held film festival, organized by people film collective. There are 4 days of film screening (1st November, 2nd November 14th November and 6th December) are planned in this secession. All the screenings are “Free for General public.
