The National Film Archive of India Pune to conduct paid Internship Programs on Research Fellowships, Monographs and Audio-Visual History Projects on Indian Cinema. Read the full Story to know the details about it.
Research Fellowships
A Monthly allowance of Rs.5,000/- will be offered to the participants for a period of One year and a contingency annual allowance of Rs.25,000/- will also be provided. The Project for research fellowship should be based on research study on any topic of Indian Cinema.
How To Apply?
Send your writing samples (not more than 700 words) on history of Indian Cinema to the address mentioned at the bottom of this post. (The write-ups in both Hindi and English Languages are acceptable).
Monographs
The Duration of this Project is 6 Months and Rs. 30,000/- allowance will be provided to the participants after the completion of Project. The scope of the monograph includes biographical information on any revolutionary Indian film personality.
How to apply?
For review, an essay not more than 700 words on any pioneer Indian Personality should be enclosed in the application form. (Write-ups’ in both Hindi and English Languages are acceptable)
Audio-Visual History Projects
Rs. 1,000/- per hour will be provided for each project and the maximum allowance of the audio-visual interview is Rs.10, 000/- (Means, Rs. 1,000/- for per hour video and Maximum allowance is Rs.10, 000/- i.e. 10 Hr) Additionally, a contingency allowance of Rs. 15,000/- will be pay by NFAI for extra expenses towards camera hiring, travel, etc.

For review, an essay not more than 700 words on the reasons for choosing pioneer Indian Personality for this project should be enclosed in the application form. (The Write-ups’ in both Hindi and English Languages are acceptable).
Eligibility
By profession, the applicant should be Research scholars, journalists, film critics or any other profession that considering cinema as a serious visual medium.
The applicant must be an Indian Citizen with minimum of 21 years old and he/she should have at least 5 published articles.
