Mozez Singh’s Film Zubaan has been selected as opening film in this year’s Busan International Film Festival
The Indian Independent filmmaker, Mozez Singh’s directorial debut ‘Zubaan’ has been selected as opening film at the Busan International Film Festival. The film tells a story of a middle class Punjabi young man Dilsher, who is seeking for the real life values in life and his true self.
The Film was produced by Sikhya Entertainment & Metamozez Entertainment Production: the Sikhya Entertainment managed by Guneet Monga is well known for the production of good value films. In the past, they produced some good Indian films like Peddlers (2012), Gangs of Wasseypur (2012) and The Lunchbox (2013). The “Masaan” fame Vicky Kaushal handled the central character role of the film; also Sarah Jane Dias, Raaghav Chanana and Manish Chaudhary have lead roles in this film.
This year’s Busan International Film Festival, i.e. its 20th secession will be held at Busan, South Korea on October 1-10, 2015. The exact show timing of the Zubaan, will update shortly on Busan’s official web page, the closing of this year’s film festival will be held after witnessing Larry Yang’s Multilanguage (Chinese/English) film Mountain Cry.
