Filmmakers, DocedgeKolkata (commonly known as Asian Forum for Documentary) organizes a new Program titled as “IDocs,” for the purpose of granting fund for Filmmakers to produce their live action short film.

On their official webpage, the organization says about this program’s objective is to sensitive Young Filmmakers to stimulate greater public debate where ideas are expressed cinematically evolved from real life.

Selection Procedure

Eligibility

General: IDocs is looking for the stories that are closely linked with a real life incidents and the subject has a mass scope in terms of showing artistically, and expressing it in a Cinematic language. Any theme having such kind of specialties is eligible for applying to this film funding program. The Organization itself suggesting  some story themes such as Women and her social-political space, Food – future crisis, impending conflict, Water – Where do we get it? And, Man Vs Ecology.

Age: Maximum Of 29 years Old

Duration of the Project: 3-4 Minutes

Maximum Production Budget Of The film– INR 2,00,000 > 2,50,000

Deadline for applying the Film funding Program November: 20, 2015
