Angry Indian Goddess Won Audience Award at Rome Film Festival
Indie-filmmaker Mr. Pan Nalin’s Film Angry Goddess won People’s Choice award at the Rome International Film Festival.
“Everyone will agree the People’s Choice Award is the best award in the world. Thanks to the people who were voted in favour of Angry Indian Goddess. What we started in a little village of Goa has gone global beyond all our goals,” Filmmaker Nalin’s elated response after the win.
Prior to the Rome film festival, the film was also got selected at the Toronto International Film Festival and Atlantic Film Festival.
As like Indian Independent Films like “Court” and “Masaan,” the “Angry Indian Goddess” also turned-to one of most sensational Indian Independent Films of this year.
