Attention Actors and Theatre Aspirants: The national Institute of drama to conduct a residential workshop on ‘Theatre Design & Theatre Techniques’ at Rabindratirtha, New Town, Kolkata. The event (theatre workshop) will be held from 7th January to 6th February. The workshop is being led by Mr. Bapi Bose, an eminent theatre personality. The mentors list includes Shri M. K. Raina, Smt. Tripurari Sharma, Shri Sanchayan Ghosh, Shri Dinesh Podder, Shri Hiran Mitra, Shri Gautam Ghosh, Shri S. Manoharan, Smt Kriti V. Sharma, Shri Samik Bandopadhyay, Shri Satyabrata Rout and Shri Ashok Sagar Bhagat.

There is no fee for attending this festival. Similarly, the boarding and Lodging is also free for the attendees. However, contributions from the participants are welcoming at all.

Eligibility to Attend National school Of Drama Workshop

The candidates from the state of West Bengal (Or) from the other states of eastern India having Higher Secondary as a Minimum qualification are Eligible to apply for the aforesaid NFDC theatre workshop.
