I am Aurangzeb Alam. one of my friend has made a film in HOUSTON, USA. His feature film name is “JOY COMES IN THE MORNING” which is about cancer. sir/madam i request you to please give me information about film festival in India which accept the request of foreign feature films.
please give me list of those film festivals and also the procedure to submit foreign feature films in the Indian festivals.

Now I have 2 questions for my forthcoming documentary film.

1. If i get the censor certificate in Oct. 2016, will I be permitted to send this film to the festivals next year, in 2017 ?
2. If after getting the censor certificate, I have its screening in this year itself, will I be permitted to send it to the festivals next year? i.e., do the festivals accept the films which are already shown to public?
