hello sir.. m from Andaman Islands, in my village there is no film theatre bcz lack of population,theatre business is a bad investment.. but i love to watch movie so decided to open a 3D Movies room where i would play 3D movies (old hollywood movies or bollywood movies which are not in theatre) for 10 to 15 person in a day..( just for minimum profit).. i also took permission of NOC from our gram panchayat..and made a comfortable room for this. but when i came to Kolkata, knowing about copyright. till now i have been contacting the distributors and try to know the terms and conditions for my very small scale dreamy business. today i found your article about film distribution. and now m thinking only your team can help me with proper guidance. plz plz help me to solve my problems, like how to contact with distributors and how to convince them or what would be the process to run my small 3D movies room??

Dear Varun,

Just communicate with production office which film you want to take over the rights. and made the fms rights with the producer.

Before the documents made just confirm that the Rights have been sold to the producer form director.
otherwise you need to communicate to the director to purchase.

once you purchase you can get the copy of film communicate to the Thailand Exhibitors.
