2. International Film Festival of India (IIFI)

This is the official film Festival of India, organized by the Ministry Of broadcasting, GovtOf India. Annually, the festival is held in November in Goa, India.  IFFI accepts the films in the Short, Documentary and feature film genres.

3. Gujarat International Film Festival- Info & Deadlines, 

The Gujarat International Film festival is sponsored by Academy of Cultural Activities & Arts Institute, a non-profit organization based in Gujarat purposed to give opportunities to suffering talents in the areas of filmmaking, art , literature and music.  The festival held on every year July at Surat, Gujarat.  12. Kolkata International Film Festival (KFF) –

Festival Date: 10– 17th November 2013

Held in Kolkata/ Calcutta

13. Bring Your Own Film Festival (BYOFF), Puri-

Held on the beach, BYOFF is a highly unique and artistic festival. Its set up is unlike others in that it has no formal process of qualifying or submission. Rather it is wholly independent and run by the filmmakers themselves, anyone can enter their film. Shown in tents along the beach, this really is an informal carnival style setting, yet this festival is gaining much precedence amongst the creative communities.
